So a couple of years ago I was reading the Reader's Digest. You know how they have the Drama in Real Life stories. Well this one was all about mountain lion attacks, and how aggressive they can be, and how in Colorado they were killing dogs and pets and one unfortunate high schooler. Since then I have had somewhat of a fear of these animals. I still do think that they are among the prettiest of the big cats, but I'm scared of them. Well the other day we got word that one had been killed in the mountains above our house. Dad had some pictures and so he emailed them to us. There is one (not posted) of the proud hunter holding his "trophy" and I fortunately recognized the place...about 50 yards up the hill from my grandma's house! And then my dad says that he has seen tracks down by the hay stack! Did I mention that I am scared of these cats? How am I supposed to sleep out on my trampoline now (when I get a trampoline)? I don't want to know that these are wandering around outside my house at night. By the way this thing weighed over 180 pounds! Holy Crap! Oh yeah and did I mention that they also found like four more smaller lions in the hills behind my house? They were only like 150 pounds, so they must have been really holding out for the big one.

Hey, just tell your kids to wear a sidearm if they want to sleep out on the tramp, and to shoot first and ask questions later.
Do you have any small pets? I'd be keeping them inside. It is very scary.
Holy %$#@! I would not leave my house except through the garage to the car and back again. That is probably the only cat that I can honestly say is beautiful though! Be careful!
Is the picture the actual cat that they shot? Freaky!
Well, at least you won't have to worry about this cat coming into your yard! Your cats will protect you!
